Dr Hong Shi

Senior Lecturer in International Hospitality Management

Biography

I am an experienced academic with over 15 years’ experience in strategic hospitality management. I have worked in Europe and Asia Pacific regions where I have developed executive management. I teach mainly at the undergraduate and post-graduate level and supervised and examined at DBA and PhD.
