It is a condition of registration that you pay your tuition fees. This section will support you in making arrangements to pay your tuition fees and other fees incurred.
Please see below for the details on the different payment options available or make a payment online now using MyBills.
Please ensure that you are also familiar with the conditions outlined in the relevant Tuition Fee Policy which is accepted by students as part of enrolment.

The University of Gloucestershire provides a range of payment options to offer the flexibility that students need when it comes to paying fees. Details of these are outlined below.

You can make card payments using the university payment portal, MyBills. We accept all major credit and debit cards, and payments made via MyBills are shown on your account immediately.
If you have not yet enrolled and need to make payment, please select the ‘Quickpay’ option.
Third parties can use Mybills to pay on your behalf. Your student number – without the ‘s’ prefix – is required to proceed to the payment page.
Please allow up to 48 hours for any payments to show on your account.

Pay accommodation rental charges
The university’s method of collection is by Direct Debit, and there are three instalments during the year. If you need to make an additional card payment for a failed Direct Debit, you can do so via MyBills.

Books and publications are available from our online store.
General store items
Make a payment for general online store items not found above.
Invoiced charges
Make a payment to your account for invoiced library charges, accommodation fines or lost keys, and reassessment charges. Third parties can use this method to pay on your behalf. Your invoice number is required to proceed to the payment page.
Academic document payment
Copies of your academic documents are available from our online store.
Print credit
Top up your print credit.
There are a range of payment options available to international students to meet the need for flexibility when it comes to paying tuition fees. Details of these and links to the relevant platforms are provided below.
Full refunds can be made if a CAS has not been issued, subject to an admin fee of £175. Students can accept their offer and pay the advance payment to secure their place on the programme but hold off completing CAS shield until June/July when we hope there will be more clarity on the outcome of the MAC review.
International student fees can be paid using our international payment platforms, Convera, Flywire and EasyTransfer.
Please refer to the relevant Tuition Fee Policy for eligibility and instalment terms. Please note: there is a maximum of two instalments for international students using this method.
If you want to pay by instalments you must set up a UK current bank account so we can set up a Direct Debit.
Check if the bank you already have an account with operates in the UK too, as that might be easier to just open a UK-based account with your current bank. If not then you will need to open a UK bank account.
Sometimes it is possible to open your account from abroad, before you arrive in the UK.
Some accounts can be opened online or in-person, opening an account in person maybe easier in case there are complications.

At point of enrolment, your sponsor can pay by credit/debit card. If your sponsor does not wish to settle your fees at enrolment, you and your sponsor will need to complete a sponsorship form available at the link below.
You can then scan it and upload it to your student account online. Instructions for how to do this are available in the guide below.
Please note that confirmation of Student Finance Loans are not required to be uploaded.

Within two working days of receiving your completed sponsorship form, we will update your student account to enable you to enrol.
