Biography

I am an experienced academic with 17 years in the UK HE sector and 20 years in the hospitality, leisure, travel and tourism sectors around the world.

I place a high value on applied learning and situational knowledge and specialise in creating fun, engaging and practical learning experiences to help participants gain the knowledge and insight to be able to apply their academic understanding in a real world environment.
