I am a Senior Lecturer with specialisms in quantitative methods and population health and ageing.

Biography

I am a Senior Lecturer with specialisms in quantitative methods and population health and ageing, and Academic Course Leader for the BA International Relations programme. My recent research has focused on family migration dynamics and the interrelationships between work and wellbeing.

Research

My research interests include migration, wellbeing, ageing, families and employment. My primary geographical focus is sub-Saharan Africa, but I have also been involved in research on European and Central Asian countries. Much of my work involves the application of advanced quantitative methods to secondary data sources, particularly longitudinal surveys.
