Rural Elm

Rural Elm, based in the Cotswolds, is a growing practice specialising in bespoke buildings, driven by a passion for solutions that create a positive impact both aesthetically and practically. The studio is known for its commitment to high-quality craftsmanship and a detail-focused approach. As a multi-disciplinary practice, it offers a comprehensive range of architectural and interior design services, including bespoke cabinetry tailored to individual client needs.

Since 2023, Rural Elm has supported knowledge exchange by attending studio critiques for students on the BA (Hons) Architecture course, offering valuable formative feedback. Its continued involvement has helped students gain insight into industry standards and professional expectations.

Rural Elm has also created employability opportunities and supported current students through CV advice,  mock interviews and portfolio guidance. Through this engagement, the practice has played an important role in helping students build confidence and prepare for the transition into professional practice.
