Connect, collaborate and inspire. Those are the three themes driving University of Gloucestershire’s Festival of Creatives 2023.
Taking place on Wednesday 8 November at Park campus, the festival will feature graduate panels, insights from industry leaders, and a Networking and Placements Fair. The sessions will ensure that students, both present and future, are inspired about the creative opportunities open to them in industry – and have a wider network of contacts to help them achieve that.
The Networking and Placements Fair, which will be held from 12 – 2pm, will include a welcome stand hosted by our Illustration course’s Pittville Press publishing company, and students will be invited to take part in a hands-on creative project that will capture the spirit of the day.
Our Outreach connections with pupils and students from local schools and colleges will mean that prospective students are able to rub shoulders with current students.
Industry guests and partners on the day are set to include UK Music, our virtual production partner Pixotope and an array of design and animation studios.
