MATA (Make Art, Talk Art), hosted by UoG’s Fine Art course, invites external artists to talk about their practice.
We invite a wide range of makers – from sculptors, painters, printmakers, performers, image and film-based artists. From these generous conversations, fascinating insights are shared about how other artists make art in the world.
It is an opportunity to learn about what inspires people to make and develop further contemporary cultural understanding and professional practice beyond University education.
Anyone is welcome, although we recommend these talks are most appropriate for Year 12 and 13 students (or equivalent) and above.
Location: Room AP115, Hardwick Campus
Time: 4.30pm – 6pm. Please arrive by 4.15pm
