With practical experience as a trainer in both public and private sector organizations Sue has undertaken research and consultancy for a number of differing organizations. She has taught and managed postgraduate and professional programmes.


Her current research interests and publications are in the field of leadership, management development and learning as well as learning methodologies. She led the organization of the 12th International HRD conference with the theme of sustaining growth through HRD in 2011. Sue has a number of doctoral completions and continues to supervise such studies along with postgraduate work based learning students.
