Staff Profile: Sarah Bowden
Sarah Bowden is an experienced curator and independent arts producer. Sarah has a particular interest in experimental and collaborative artistic practices, and in generative processes of engagement with art and ideas.
Sarah Bowden is the curator of Hardwick Gallery and coordinator of its public programme of exhibitions and events, talks and discussions, artist residencies and research projects, selected in collaboration with undergraduate and post-graduate students in the School of Arts. In 2007 Sarah founded MEANTIME Project-Space in Cheltenham, which she directed until 2014. MEANTIME was a unique resource in the region, with a programme of artists' residencies and projects, and live events, that provided a platform for experimentation and engagement in contemporary artistic practices.
