Can’t make our main open events? Our bespoke campus visits are designed for individuals or small groups who need an alternative way to explore UoG. They are the perfect way to explore our campuses at a time that suits you.
Who are these visits for?
- Prospective undergraduates who can’t attend our scheduled open days or other larger student recruitment events.
- International applicants needing a private tour.
- Applicants who prefer a quieter and more flexible, personalised tour.
Bespoke campus visits are subject to availability and academic timetables, so we recommend suggesting at least three possible dates and times.
To request a visit, please complete the booking form below. We’ll do our best to accommodate your preferences and will confirm the details within one week of receiving your application.
Please note that these tours are only available Monday to Friday, between 9am and 5pm.

When will I know my booking has been confirmed?
We will confirm the details of you visit via email within one week of receiving your application.
Can family members or guests join the visit?
Yes, just let us know how many people will be attending when you book.
How long does the visit last?
Depending on your requirements, most visits last between 1 and 2 hours.
Will I be able to view accommodation?
We’re unable to offer accommodation tours during bespoke visits. We recommend joining one of our Open Day events to view the accommodation options in person. Alternatively, you can explore our virtual tours.
Can I park on campus?
Yes, we will reserve parking for you ahead of your visit and include the details in your booking confirmation email. Please note that parking is not available at City Campus.
