This Masters Stage Award is ideal if you already hold a Graduate Membership (Postgraduate Diploma equivalent) from the CIPD or have demonstrated that you meet the knowledge requirements, as in most cases, it allows you direct entry to the Masters stage.
The programme is delivered as a part-taught provision. The focus is on strategic integration of human resource management through application via the Dissertation and Supporting Research Methods workshops.
Whether you have worked in HR for a number of years or have recently moved into HR, and wish to progress into more senior management positions, this course will provide academic coherence and theoretical underpinning to the work you have been undertaking.

To study MSc Masters Stage you will need:
- A pass in a relevant Post Graduate Diploma HR/M/D or to possess CIPD PDS/PQS or PAC award
- Non-native English speakers require an IELT score of 6.5, written 6.0
