Find coursesWe understand that it can sometimes be difficult to work out what your qualifications match with in the UK education system, so the following country-specific information should help you decide which level of study is most appropriate for you.
– High Secondary School Certificate (HSSC) with a minimum 50% pass or equivalent (FA/FSc/I.Com/ICS/Intermediate)
– Diploma in Associate Engineering (DAE) 3 year route with minimum 50% pass grades.
– IELTS 5.5 overall score (or equivalent qualification).
– Successful completion of the Higher Secondary School Certificate (HSSC) with a minimum 60% pass or equivalent (FA/FSc/I.Com/ICS/Intermediate)
Or
– Successful completion of a 2 year Bachelor’s (Pass) degree with second class. We also welcome applications from students with A levels or International Baccalaureate. Please note that some courses may require higher entry requirements.
Successful completion of a 2 year Bachelor Degree plus a 2 year Master’s degree with an average of 55% / GPA 2.6 or, successful completion of a four years Bachelor’s degree with an average of 55% / GPA 2.6, or successful completion of a 3 year Bachelor’s degree plus a Master’s/or relevant work experience. Please note that some courses may require higher entry requirements. Applicants are advised to check the course page, and/or conditions stated in the offer letter.
MRes applicants must have successfully completed a 3 or 4 year Bachelor’s degree with a minimum GPA 3.0 or equivalent. For Doctorate and PhD admission, applicants must have successfully completed a UK master’s degree or equivalent (18 years education from Pakistan) with a good grade in a related subject field or hold relevant work experience. In addition some programmes may require work experience and/or a strong portfolio of work. Applicants are expected to submit a research proposal.
University of Gloucestershire will accept MOI/EPL letters as proof of English from the 50 Pakistani universities listed below. The period of validity for these MOI/EPL letters is 5 years. This means that a student providing MOI/EPL letters must have completed his/her degree within last 5 years.
As a new, Pakistani self-funded student* studying on-campus starting in the academic year 2025/26 you may be eligible to benefit from one of UoG’s global scholarship packages. See our international scholarships page for more details.
Tuition fees cover the cost of your study, including teaching, supervision and exams. Fees also include access to our libraries, Students’ Union, and support services like our Student Centres and Careers Services.
