Placement Audits
All placement areas require regular auditing to ensure that the quality and standards meet the requirements of the NMC and other regulatory bodies. The easiest way to complete an audit is to use the online audit platform.
We have lots of help and guidance for the audit tool on our ARC support site.
Placement Contracts
All small and private placement partners will have issued a Memorandum of Agreement. The MOA is available for download here and, once complete, should be returned to [email protected].
Practice Environment Profiles (PEP)
Each placement area has a Practice Environment Profile that is used by the placement staff to view information about the students they will be receiving and by the student to view information and important documents about the placement. As with the audit, the best way to complete the PEP is directly online – this link will take you to the PEP login page:
Take a look at the ARC support page for a range of help and guidance on how to use the PEP.
Placement Tariff
The placement tariff is paid in arrears directly by NHSE. Information about the tariff is available from NHSE website.
