I started out in community radio, working with a team to develop the station, its output and broadcasters. My teaching focuses on creative content and understanding listener communities.

I am passionate about developing the next generation of creative radio programme makers and presenters. Drawing on my experience of working in radio, and ongoing research into the contemporary radio industry, I am fascinated by radio's ability to continue innovating to deliver content to its listeners.
