C11 provides a secure environment for the cyber community of Gloucestershire to work, innovate, learn and network.
C11 has been set up by the University of Gloucestershire to meet the needs of the Gloucestershire cyber community, and offers cyber and digital training, access controlled and secure workspaces, conferences, networking and a technology zone for start-up and scale-up businesses.

Here are some of our many leading academics who are working with businesses in the UK and beyond.
Kamal is a world leading cyber security expert, with an international background. His specialties include artificial intelligence, leadership and international collaboration. He recently led a £3m cyber security project to produce highly skilled cyber professionals, which involved working with the likes of Raytheon, Northrop Grumman, GCHQ, IRM and the National Cyber Skills Centre.
Professor Kamal Bechkoum
Janet is Director of the Countryside and Community Research Institute, our collaboration with the Royal Agricultural University and Hartpury College for the purposes of research, education and knowledge exchange. Janet’s research expertise centres on European and UK rural development policy and practice. She is well-known in policy-making circles in the UK and EU, has skills in facilitation and consensus-building, and is a regular speaker at international conferences.
Professor Janet Dwyer
Neil is an internationally recognised expert in agile digital retail marketing, supply chain management, small business growth and applied research. He is Editor-in-Chief of the International Journal of Retail & Distribution Management, is an expert adviser for several international bodies and he makes frequent media appearances. Neil has authored a number of sector policy reports, as well as papers in retail operations, supply chain and agility processes.
