We offer many options to stay on campus to match individual requirements, ranging from summers schools with a full board catering offering, through to self-catering accommodation only hires.

Summer schools

For many years organisations have been hiring our facilities during the summer months, to host summer schools for young people from all over the world.

These programmes offer full board with three catered meals a day.

We offer an extensive range of residential accommodation on campus, which sits alongside our exceptional facilities for teaching and learning.

The majority of rooms have single beds and ensuite facilities, although some have the potential to be twinned.

Facilities available to summer schools include teaching rooms, sporting spaces, grass areas and social spaces to host events such as film evenings.

Summer Accommodation in Cheltenham and Gloucester

Stay on campus during the summer at either our Cheltenham Park campus, set in beautiful park land and a short walk from Cheltenham town centre, or at our Gloucester Oxstalls campus, based one mile from Gloucester city centre.

Summer group Accommodation in Gloucestershire

We have packages available for group hires, both at our Cheltenham and Gloucester sites, with bespoke options from fully catered, part board and self-catering in July and August.

For groups wanting to utilise university facilities, we have classrooms, lecture theatres, open spaces, sports facilities, performing arts studios and other specialist facilities options available. Evening social spaces, including our SU bars, and other facilities are also available to hire. Please enquire with details of your individual requirements.

Bedrooms available are generally single ensuite with shower facilities and shared kitchen facilities. Access to shared laundry facilities.

Bedding, bath and hand towels are all provided. Kitchen equipment (crockery, utensils, cooking pans) are available for those staying on a self-catering basis.

Cheltenham Accommodation for Individuals

At our Park Campus in Cheltenham we have options for individuals wishing to stay on campus in July or August.

Bedrooms are single ensuites, with shared kitchen facilities per flat, with options for bedding and kitchen packs to be provided. Access to shared laundry facilities.
