Find out more about the application process in more detail.

1. Apply online

Apply online for postgraduate taught courses by using the ‘Apply’ button on the relevant course page.

Part-time options are available for many courses – the options are listed on individual course pages.

International applicants studying in the UK on a student visa are required to study on a full-time basis. View our applying as an international student page.

Entry requirements can be found on individual course pages. If you’re unsure whether you meet the entry requirements, contact the admissions team.

PGCE teacher training applications are made through the Department for Education’s Apply site.

2. Attend an interview (if required)

Some courses require an interview, audition or equivalent. Find out more about interviews and view our helpful interview guides.

3. Your offer

Once we’ve received your application and you’ve attended an interview (if your course requires it) we’ll let you know if we can make you an offer.

4. Visit us

If you’ve not visited us already, book onto one of our open days or campus visits for a chance to get a feel for the place.

Alternatively, you can take virtual tour of our facilities and accommodation.

5. Accepting your offer

If your application is successful, we will offer you a place which you can accept via the UoG applicant portal (see your offer letter for details). To accept your offer of a place at UoG, you must agree to the Student Contract.
