This module will enable you to develop the knowledge, skills and understanding necessary to inform your practice as an inspirational, strategic, resilient, inclusive and innovative advanced clinical leader and educator. You will critically explore, evaluate and synthesise a range of theories to inform your collaborative leadership, education and professional development of the practice team in the delivery of quality, safe, evidence-based person-centred care.
