Back to stories listingGraduate of UoG’s BA Television Production degree, Tom Power has won a Royal Television Society (RTS) Midlands award in the Best Popular Factual category for Fresh Cops, a BBC Three docu-reality series that he worked on.
Having graduated from UoG, Tom now works for Full Fat TV, a factual entertainment television company based in Birmingham.
Tom started out as a tech assistant in development where he progressed to Development Editor before becoming a Director. His work has appeared on Channel 4, ITV and BBC and he was nominated for Series Director (Teen category 2019) and Broadcast Hot Shot 2019 in the BAFTAs.
Fresh Cops, which won him the RTS Midlands award, is a BBC Three docu-reality series following Leicestershire’s youngest cops out on response.
