Honourable Company of Gloucestershire Lecture: Women in Industry

We are delighted to welcome Jacqueline Sutton MBE to present Women in Industry (specifically aerospace) – Her Own Story.

Jacqui is a highly experienced aerospace industry professional, with a career encompassing a variety of strategic and commercial roles for leading players in aerospace.

Most recently, Jacqui held the position of Chief Customer Officer (CCO) at Rolls-Royce Civil Aerospace, where she was a key member of the leadership team.

She also held the position of Senior Vice President at Airbus, where, based in Toulouse, she was responsible for managing the complex and strategically important relationship between aircraft and engine manufacturer.

Jacqui joined Rolls-Royce from GE Aviation Systems (formerly Smiths Aerospace Ltd), a supplier of aircraft avionics and airframe systems, where she held various roles in sales, business development, strategy, and programme management.

Since stepping down from her role as CCO, Jacqui has joined the Farnborough International Board, the organisation behind the bi-annual Farnborough Airshow, as a Non-Executive Director.

A strong advocate for inclusion and diversity in the workplace, Jacqui is Non-Executive Director for the Women in Aviation and Aerospace Charter, passionate about supporting and mentoring future leaders.

She was awarded an MBE for Services to the Economy in the late Queen’s Platinum Jubilee Birthday Honours.
