Weeks: 40 weeks

*Advance Rent: Becomes part of the rent at the commencement of the contract
** Balance Rent: Total Rent minus the Advance Rent

1st Instalment: 5 October 2026
2nd Instalment: 11 January 2027
3rd Instalment: 10 May 2027

Total Rent: £200 Advance Rent Payment + the three instalments
