Right to work

If you are successful and appointed to a role, we would require you to provide documentation to confirm your eligibility to work in the UK.

You can refer to the government website to see what documentation is accepted.

We are able to offer sponsorship, however this is reviewed on a role-by-role basis. It is your responsibility to check if you meet the criteria before applying.

We will only cover the cost of the Certificate of Sponsorship and all other costs would be the responsibility of the candidate.

If you are currently a student studying in the UK on a visa, we are not able to sponsor you until your course is completed.

University of Gloucestershire Professional Services Limited

The university operates as two companies, the University of Gloucestershire (UoG) and the University of Gloucestershire Professional Services Limited (UoGPSL).

All our non-academic, professional services jobs are advertised as UoGPSL.  Successful applicants with evidence of current, continuous membership of the Local Government Pension Scheme (LGPS) or the Universities Superannuation Scheme (USS) will be eligible to continue membership of the scheme and will be employed by UoG. If not, you will be an employee of UoGPSL and have access to our competitive private pension scheme.

We are a multi campus university based in both Cheltenham and Gloucester.

The advert will clearly show which campus is your main campus, however there may be times when you are required to work at any of the campuses.
