We offer a range of pre-16 and post-16 activities to students, designed to provide inspiration, insight and support when considering their next steps in education.
We want to support students to make informed decisions and widen participation for under represented groups at the University.
Outreach activities are free of charge
The Outreach team deliver a wide range of activities designed to support students’ knowledge and understanding of Higher Education. We aim to demystify Higher Education and provide valuable insight into subjects and student life to support students’ future decision making.
Our dedicated Student Recruitment and Outreach Officers both deliver and organise subject taster days, presentations and workshops as well as providing further guidance on key skills such as tackling the Personal Statement, applying for Higher Education and Student Finance.
We work with you and your students to deliver appropriate content for their age and stage. Our outreach offer is fluid and therefore we encourage you to discuss your needs with a member of the Outreach Team directly.
Most of our activities can be delivered on campus, in school/college or online depending on your preference.
