At the heart of #TeamGlos’ success is the work of our Professional Services teams. Organised across 4 strategic directorates, Chief Operating Officer, Chief Marketing Officer, Chief Financial Officer and People.
These teams are the backbone of the university’s operations and transformation. Each directorate plays a vital role in shaping an environment in which students and staff can thrive.

They design, deliver and continuously improve the systems, experiences and spaces that enable learning, belonging and allow ambition to flourish.
From leading strategic projects and delivering university-wide events, to supporting wellbeing, ensuring compliance, and managing digital and financial systems, our professional services teams play a central role in how the University operates. They are essential partners, working alongside academic teams to deliver a meaningful experience for students and staff.
