I teach across postgraduate and executive programmes in areas including project management, organisational change, research methods, and professional practice. My approach blends experiential learning, flipped classrooms, and real-world simulations to engage adult learners and foster critical thinking, adaptability, and workplace transferability of knowledge and skills.
My research explores the human side of business and education, with a particular focus on adaptability, behavioural change, and stakeholder delight. I am currently developing a validated model to measure Adaptability Quotient (AQ) in individuals navigating change.
My doctoral research investigated drivers of customer delight in continuing education, linking emotional engagement with learner loyalty. I also explore how soft skills, project leadership, and organisational culture impact performance and transformation.
My work blends academic rigour with practical application, aiming to support institutions and professionals in building resilience, innovation, and meaningful connections in complex and evolving environments.
