My research interests are in the area include generational studies, managerial careers, hospitality education and the philosophy of freedom and authenticity.

Biography

I am particularly interested in developing innovative research methodologies including in the area of business-orientated practice.

  • BA Hospitality Management, University of Western Sydney – Hawkesbury, 1992-1995.

Research

My current research focus lies in the area of authenticity, generational studies and career development. I have a number of doctoral candidates who are studying themes including culture in the workplace, generational studies in the workplace, and project management in the aerospace sector.
