Kate Goodwin

Senior Lecturer in Law

Law is a dynamic and topical discipline and I enjoy sharing its intellectual challenges with our students. With nearly 20 years' experience of teaching law, my enthusiasm remains undiminished.

Biography

Following my studies in History of Art, I worked for both the Police Service and the University of London. Seeking a new challenge, I gained a postgraduate diploma in Law. I was inspired by the excellent teaching I received and enjoyed the intellectual challenges involved, motivating me to pursue a career in academia.

My priority is helping students gain the best degree and fullest range of experiences at university that they possibly can. I have considerable experience as a personal tutor and feel very fortunate to play a role in supporting students through their university journey.
