Kushal joined University of Gloucestershire in October 2019 as a senior lecturer in law. At present, he is an academic course leader for the Master’s in International Business Law and Management course and oversees the whole course including learning, teaching and student experiences.
He has over 10 years of teaching experiences from various HE institutions within the UK having taught at both undergraduate and postgraduate level.

Not one teaching method will be effective in the class room. A good teacher should be able to adapt to different learners. Therefore, Kushal uses a variety of teaching methods ranging from active learning to blended approach.
Kushal is currently a PhD candidate and his research is based around experiential learning and international students.
