Sepideh Mollajafari is a Lecturer in Cyber Security specialising in Blockchain Technology. She has three years of experience in higher education both in teaching and research, specifically in the field of Blockchain and Networking. Before joining the University, Sepideh gained practical experience working, for six years in a major bank IT department, which gave her an opportunity to have hands-on, live projects involving VOIP system, Network Configuration and Core Banking Software. Currently, she is working on her PhD. Sepideh works on outreach projects encouraging more women to take up computing/cyber, including her involvement with the NCSC’s CyberFirst programme.
