I am qualified in healthcare and strategic HR, specialising in learning and development with a comprehensive understanding of leadership behaviours and their impact on interpersonal relationships and group dynamics. Gifted trainer and organisational development practitioner with extensive experience in face to face, blended, and e-learning design, facilitation, assessment, and evaluation.

I am also an accomplished assessor and verifier of work-based competency. Professionally trained coach with a natural ability to deliver honest and constructive 121 feedback in order to help unlock people’s potential.
