Biography

I graduated as a sports rehabilitator from the University of the West of England in 2010. Since then much of my work has been in the applied setting, where I have looked at multiple sports teams from youth through to professional environments. In 2018 I started a PhD with England Rugby at the University of Bath titled “Injury Epidemiology and Prevention in Youth Rugby”, completing this in 2022.

I started lecturing part-time at the University of Gloucestershire in 2021, delivering across all levels, mainly focusing on rehabilitation and conditioning.
