Centre for Fine Art & Photography

Just a few minutes’ walk from the main campus is a thriving hub of creativity for our fine art and photography students. It offers year-round exhibitions in the gallery, including our own third-year Degree Show, where students showcase their work to visiting artists and the public.

  • Fine art studios – large ceilings and open spaces offer a blank canvas for fine art students to get creative and push the boundaries. You’ll have your own dedicated space to experiment, with access to a range of facilities including 3D printers, printmaking, sculpting workshops and digital suites.
  • Photography studios – an all-white light studio and black dark studio offer students the opportunity to play with natural and controlled lighting options. A dark room, processing space, digital suites and equipment booth accompany the studios so students can develop skills in a range of photography styles.
