Our car parks are pay and display, and you can pay by credit/debit card or using the JustPark app. If you’re visiting us for an open day or a similar event, parking is usually free*.

Train
The closest railway station is Gloucester – around 20 minutes’ walk from the campus (walking directions from the station to Oxstalls).
Bus
Students and staff can travel around Cheltenham and Gloucester using Stagecoach bus services.
Benefit from reduced ticket prices by purchasing a StudentRider ticket, either online or from the Stagecoach app. StudentRider tickets are available to anyone with a University of Gloucestershire ID card.
The campus’ refectory offers hot meals, snacks, fresh sandwiches, a salad bar and freshly baked cakes and pastries.
There are vegan and vegetarian options available as well as vending machines and free water stations, so you can top up your bottle.
A 20-minute walk from campus you’ll find the buzzing Gloucester Quays & dockyard. The Quays is home to a late-night outlet shopping centre, waterside restaurants and bars, and a cinema.
The campus is surrounded by ponds and green spaces, and nearby is a new area and surrounding pitches where our students can be found competing or just playing for fun.
The nearby Forest of Dean is home to one of England’s oldest and most enchanting woodlands. It offers scenic views and miles of walking and cycling trails.
