Designed in collaboration with the 2gether NHS Foundation Trust, this course will provide you with experience and confidence, with an emphasis on leadership and shaping a 'culture of care'. The first year will see you learning the fundamental skills for mental healthcare while learning to lead and manage yourself, the second will consider leading and managing care, and the third: leading and managing service to develop your abilities to lead a team and drive service innovation.
