Reporting student absence

You must inform your placement area by telephone as early as possible on the first day of absence if you are unable to attend and let them know how long you expect to be absent from placement.

• Name
• Student number
• Cohort
• Reason for absence
• Expected date of return
• Current placement and mentor contact details if applicable.
