Digital Media BA (hons)

Our Digital Media BA (hons) undergraduate degree provides students who are keen to work in cutting-edge media industries with opportunities to develop a unique set of skills and experiences. 

From interactive design, contemporary moving image and VR to web technologies, animation and app development – you’ll get the opportunity to enhance your knowledge in a range of exciting technological areas. 

We’re proud of our industry connections, and students on our Digital Media BA (hons) degree get the opportunity to work on projects and pitch ideas to major international clients such as HyperX and Historic England. 

Field trips to European cities and the London Design Festival also give you endless opportunities to gain experience outside of the classroom and make valuable connections with others in the industry.

Communications, PR and the Media MA

Our Communications, PR and the Media MA degree is a postgraduate qualification that gives you the opportunity to further enhance and refine your skillset. In addition to digital media, this degree allows your to gain the extra qualifications and knowledge needed to get ahead in the UK PR and communications sector. 

Learning from lecturers who have worked with the likes of WWF, HSBC and Fred Perry, you’ll develop the expertise you need to create campaigns across digital, social, TV and print media. 

Course modules that you’ll study include strategic communications, content creation, stunts, campaigns and crises, sports and celebrity communications, and a major research project that allows you to explore an area of interest.

Sports Communications and Digital Media MA

Interested in digital media and sport? Our Sports Communications and Digital Media MA degree is a postgraduate qualification that allows you to specialise and further enhance your digital media skillset with sport and communications. 

You’ll learn how to produce top-quality media content and develop sophisticated strategic communications plans for sports brands, in addition to modules covering reputation management of players, clubs and brands, crisis communications and player endorsements. 

Recent graduates from the course have gone on to work for Premier League football clubs, Premiership rugby teams, the Football Association, public relations consultancies and sports communications agencies.
