We have lots of rooms and spaces to hire within The Growth Hub, we’ve tried to cover everything here and in our FAQs, but we know you might still have questions unique to your event.

Our rooms are available Monday to Friday from 8:45 am to 5pm and can be booked by the hour, half day, or full day based on availability.
Rooms by size
Rooms one and two
Situated on the ground floor, these rooms are the smallest in our offering.
Ideal for one person to join a day of calls, or a few people to sit and focus without distractions.
Set-up
- Room one seats up to 3 people and room two up to 4 people.

- £20 per hour each
- £60 half day each

Room two
Room three
Situated on the ground floor, think of this as your mini board room. With plenty of room for eight people, it’s ideal for away days, team meetings and idea generation sessions.

- Seats up to 8 people.

- £40+VAT (£48 total cost) one hour
- £100+VAT (£120 total cost) half day
- £190+VAT (£228 total cost) full day

Room four
Situated on the second floor this corner room looks out over the atrium space on one side, and the co-working space on the other. Ideal for group planning, training or an interview session.

- Seats up to 6 people.

- £30+VAT (£36 total cost) one hour
- £80+VAT (£96 total cost) half day
- £130+VAT (£156 total cost) full day

Room five
Situated on the first floor, this room is a smaller corner room, looking out onto the first floor co-working space with a fully glazed wall.
Perfect for podcast recording and online meetings.

- £20+VAT (£24 total cost) one hour

Room six
Situated on the first floor this room has a large window overlooking the modern atrium space.
Tucked a little more away from the busy co-working space and perfect for team meetings and discussions.

Upload
Situated on the first floor, this room seats 30 people in a cabaret table layout. The room also features a whiteboard, and a smart screen podium for HDMI connections.
Great for group discussions, team building days and presentations.

Frequently asked questions

If you require catering for your room booking we will be happy to put you in touch with our catering supplier in order to discuss your requirements. They can offer tea, coffee, sandwich lunches, canapes and light bites by pre-order. Payment for this would be made directly to the catering supplier via an app and they will be able to discuss this further with you at point of booking.
If you would prefer more informal catering there are on-site refectories (opening hours and offering varies by term status) serving coffee, pre-made sandwiches, hot lunches, grab and go snacks and sweet treats. These do not need to be paid for in advance.
We ask our guests to not eat food in the rooms. There is a large modern atrium space where you can enjoy food from the grab-and-go counter. If your event requires more formal buffet style catering, or in room catering please mention this during booking and we can explore options to make that possible for you. It is a condition of the hiring that no catering service shall be provided other than that by the University’s catering contractor unless otherwise agreed.

Subject to availability we can supply flip charts, please specify this at the time of booking confirmation. We are not able to supply any stationery or carry out any printing, so to avoid being caught out please bring along anything you need for your booking.

There is a large carpark on site at Oxstalls Campus. Visitors can pay using the Just Park app, location code 524463. Accessible parking is available and visitors using those spaces do not need to pay to park when displaying their blue badge.
There are electric charging points available on the EV Charge Online system. No vehicles are to be left on site overnight.

In order to effectively assist our guests with accessibility requirements, we ask you let us know as much detail as possible at the point of booking.

If you have a special request or want to ensure a particular piece of IT equipment is available for your booking, please specify this at time of confirmation.

Our standard rooms are available for half day or full day bookings. Half day bookings are either a morning or an afternoon session.

Subject to availability our rooms are also available for hourly hire.
If you’re looking for a recurring booking, something a bit different, or have a special request then get in touch. We’d love to see what we can do for you.

If you no longer require your room booking we ask that you let us know at least two working days before your meeting is due to start. We will then credit your Growth Hub account with the amount paid to be used on a future booking at a the Gloucester Growth Hub within the next six months.

We ask all our guests to be respectful of the space, other users of the building, and our team. The Growth Hub Gloucester is a professional working space and is used by businesses and academics.
