Home Office expert visits C11 to shine a light on protecting yourself from cyber crime

How do you control security online? What are the biggest risks to business and how do you protect yourself? Cyber security is now one of the biggest risks facing businesses, in a world in which data is vital. Now a special event is being held on the 16 April at C11, the University of Gloucestershire’s Cyber Security and Digital Centre.

A Home Office guest speaker will join the University of Gloucestershire’s Dr Kamal Bechkoum, Head of the School of Business and Computing 11am – 1pm at C11, based at the Gloucestershire Science and Technology Park in Berkeley. They will discuss the common weaknesses for businesses and how education and training can build security for an organisation.

The event is free of charge but places need to be booked in advance (link removed as event has finished).

Visit the C11 website for further information about the centre.
