Start-up support helps 1000 new businesses get off the ground
More than 1000 big thinkers have now brought their businesses to market in Gloucestershire with the support of Start and Grow Enterprise – the business support organisation funded jointly by the University of Gloucestershire and the European Regional Development Fund.
Offering fully-funded support to pre-start and start-ups, Start and Grow Enterprise has now given 10,000 hours of advice, guidance, consultancy and events. Its expert advisers deliver training courses, workshops and one-to-one coaching on a range of subjects, from cash flow and tax requirements to digital marketing and sales strategies.
An interactive flip book illustrates the impact this support can have on businesses, and features students at the University of Gloucestershire who have benefited.
