University launches Strategic Plan for next five years
The University of Gloucestershire launched its new Strategic Plan for 2017–2022 on Tuesday 28 February.
The Strategic Plan was launched at a showcase event at the University’s Oxstalls campus where external partners, stakeholders and staff came together to enjoy a performance from Performing Arts students, got to see audio and visual representations of key achievements and students work, as well as a virtual reality tour of the new Business School before Vice-Chancellor Stephen Marston presented the University’s plans for the next five years.
The plan has four goals which cover students reaching their full potential, transformational teaching and learning, the impact of research, and working in partnership. Each goal is underpinned by a number of enabling commitments:
- People and culture
- Sound finance
- Effective IT and estates
- Good governance
