A pass in a relevant Post Graduate Diploma HR/M/D, or possess CIPD PDS/PQS or PAC award
You’ll focus on integrating human resource management from strategy to application – which you’ll explore through a Dissertation and Supporting Research Methods workshops.
Our Master’s Stage Award is ideal if you already have a Graduate Membership (Postgraduate Diploma equivalent) from the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD) – or you’ve demonstrated the knowledge requirements to gain direct entry to the Master’s stage.
Whether you’ve worked in HRM/HRD for a number of years or you’ve recently moved into HRM/HRD – and you’d like to progress into more senior management positions – this award provides techniques and academic theory to underpin your work.
You’ll benefit from expert, supportive staff and small-group learning. You’ll be assessed 100% by coursework.
Based in our new, purpose-built Business School at our Oxstalls Campus, Gloucester, you’ll develop professionally and gain knowledge and skills from lecturers who are current and active business professionals – experts and researchers who apply real-world industry experience to their teaching.
