Course overview

You’ll focus on integrating human resource management from strategy to application – which you’ll explore through a Dissertation and Supporting Research Methods workshops.

Our Master’s Stage Award is ideal if you already have a Graduate Membership (Postgraduate Diploma equivalent) from the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD) – or you’ve demonstrated the knowledge requirements to gain direct entry to the Master’s stage.

Whether you’ve worked in HRM/HRD for a number of years or you’ve recently moved into HRM/HRD – and you’d like to progress into more senior management positions – this award provides techniques and academic theory to underpin your work.

Entry requirements

    • To study MSc Masters Stage you will need:

      A pass in a relevant Post Graduate Diploma HR/M/D, or possess CIPD PDS/PQS or PAC award

    • EU and international students need IELTS 6.5 overall (with a minimum of 6.0 in writing and 5.5 in any other component) or equivalent.
