Morgan graduated with a BA (Hons) in Business and Management (Digital Business).
Before starting at the university, Morgan had seen the term ‘digital transformation’ trending across media, business, and everyday life, discovering it was at the forefront of many organisations priorities. After discovering our Digital Business course, he decided to apply and enroll at the university.
“The course modules enabled me to gain a thorough understanding of digital business and the cultural change that requires organisations to continually challenge the norm, take risks, and get comfortable with failure.
Through my studies, I gained the confidence and tools to understand that as tomorrow’s leaders, we can contribute radically to shape the processes, people, and technology that we need in the future – just what industry is looking for in a graduate.”
During his time at the university, Morgan took advantage of our placement opportunities working within the Civil Service.
“I was fortunate enough to land a placement within the Civil Service and have since begun my career as a graduate on the Civil Service Fast Track Scheme, which is no.1 in The Times Top 100 Graduate Employer listing. They not only offer year internships but summer internships as well to get a taster.
The course lecturers, guest speakers and independent study enabled me to gain valuable knowledge and develop my skills in digital business. I’m now able to adapt and manage change proportionately in the ever so diverse, agile and unique working environment I now work in.”
