The focus of the Symposium will be to address solutions to the current skills deficit facing Cyber Industry employers across Gloucestershire and South West England. The Symposium will serve to highlight the critical level of this problem and, more importantly, examine the latest and most persuasive solutions.
We intend to go beyond simply talking about the challenges ahead by illustrating a wide range of practical solutions that can be provided by training institutions and professional suppliers from across the region.
The day itself will include:
– Information on how employers can engage with cyber educational offers currently available from a range of regional suppliers.
– Demonstrations and discussion on some of the latest breakthroughs in cyber-security research and what this means for organisations and industry.
– Engagement with current University students and graduates demonstrating their work and capabilities.
– Network, have your say and ask the experts from key cyber business and other public service organisations for solutions on the cyber challenges facing your industry sector
– The opportunity for individuals and employers to help shape the future of cyber education and training plans to benefit businesses across Gloucestershire and the South West
This Symposium will update the regional community on the rapidly changing state of cyber research, education and the support available to businesses of all types and sizes in a friendly and informative way.
We look forward to seeing you.
