The Gloucestershire Strategy: What will our county look like in 25 years?
Time: 6:00 pm - 7:30 pmWe are delighted to present the Honourable Company of Gloucestershire Lecture 2024, in partnership…
Research4Gloucestershire (R4G) brings together partners in Health and Social Care and the University of Gloucestershire around the common aim to develop and support research for the benefit of patients, carers and staff.
In March 2023 Research4Gloucestershire is delighted to be hosting the first Gloucestershire Festival of Health and Social Care Research. This month long event will see a range of digital and in person research workshops, seminars, and panel discussions; focusing on the themes of Digital Transformation, Research for Public and Patient Benefit, and Mental Health. Linking all these areas together will be a crosscutting theme of workforce and workforce related research.
We will be showcasing some of the amazing research work already undertaken in the county, announcing and detailing exciting developments at the University of Gloucestershire and hearing from colleagues across the Health and Social Care system about their commitment to research and its central importance to good quality patient care.
Come and join us to hear about some of the extraordinary work that is already taking place and, equally importantly, share your thoughts on how to develop research in your area of interest. We believe our workforce is our most important asset and that research is a vital pillar of your contribution, so help us shape your research future.
We know that research active Health Systems deliver better outcomes for all patients. It is our responsibility and commitment to the patients and public we serve in Gloucestershire to create a vibrant, flourishing research community to promote knowledge exchange and increase our impact nationally and internationally.
