Practice Supervisor and Practice Assessor training

Who’s it for?

Suitable for health care professionals who have not had an opportunity to undertake any in-depth learning in relation to supporting, supervising and assessing a learner in a clinical placement, such as the  FLIP or FLAP module. Also provides information relating to interpersonal skills, learning and managing performance. If you only require an update/refresher session, please book onto one of our Practice Supervisor/Practice Assessor updates for Nurses and operating Department Practitioners.

What’s covered?

This eLearning package on the Standards for Student Supervision and Assessment will provide you with all the knowledge, skills and behaviours to support your learners to become outstanding health care professionals. 

How long does it take?

The eLearning package will take approximately 1.5 – 3 hours to complete depending on your own learning needs. There is an interactive element to the learning content and you are provided with information on how to access further ongoing support upon completion of this package.

How to book your place

When you have registered your interest in gaining access to this package using the form below, you will receive an ‘eLearn’ email from the University of Gloucestershire IT Helpdesk which will provide you with a username, unique password and a link to the eLearn platform.
