UoG students among the ‘most satisfied’ in England stats show

The University of Gloucestershire is celebrating success with rises in student applications, student satisfaction and student employment.

The success began with a rise in the number of undergraduate applications in autumn. There has been a 9% increase in undergraduate applications through UCAS compared to last year. The university’s overall satisfaction rate in the 2016 National Student Satisfaction Survey rose to 86 per cent – up on the English average of 85 per cent. Also, last month’s publication of the Destination of Leavers from Higher Education data shows that 95% of university of Gloucestershire graduates were in employment of further study after leaving university at the end of 2014/15 academic year*. The percentage has increased from 94% is still above the national average of 93%.
