Business and Enterprise Management

At the University of Gloucestershire, John is a senior lecturer, covering HR/Leadership-related topics, at postgraduate, professional and undergraduate levels.


John has been working in Human Resource Management for over 25 years, with people management experience in the engineering and manufacturing sectors. As a part-time lecturer, he is able to bring this knowledge and understanding to the postgraduate and undergraduate taught and work-based learning programmes offered by the University. He holds a Master’s degree in HRM and is a Fellow of the CIPD. He also runs his own HR consultancy, specialising in learning and development and performance improvement.
