I have been working in Human Resource Management for over 25 years, with people management experience in the engineering and manufacturing sectors. As a part-time lecturer, I’m able to bring this knowledge and understanding to the postgraduate and undergraduate taught and work-based learning programmes offered by the university. I holds a Master’s degree in HRM and I’m a Fellow of the CIPD. I also run my own HR consultancy, specialising in learning and development and performance improvement.
