Biography

I have enjoyed a rich and varied career both in the police service and as an educator, skills of which transfer well to an education context. An advocate for life-long learning, I believe opportunity, support and guidance is key for students to maximise their learning potential, no matter on their age. As a certified mentor and coach, my role as personal tutor allows me to fully support students in their learning journey.

Specialising in inclusive education and social justice, I am keen to deepen understanding around other aspects of teaching and learning, assessment methods, mentoring and coaching, safeguarding, leadership skills and comparative (global) education.
