Originally from Manchester, Jess trained as a teacher, lawyer and soldier and worked in strategic planning and operational delivery for over 20 years. She later transitioned to the Higher Education sector in 2017 after a long career in publishing as a portfolio and programme manager, and digital specialist.
She previously managed teams in the United Kingdom, India and the USA.
Her role and team are responsible for student recruitment planning, academic portfolio strategy development, regulatory reporting, surveys and management information, fee setting and leading the strategic projects team in the delivery of corporate projects.
